About the service and what to expect
Wellbeing in the City is Mind in Brighton and Hove’s health promotion project. The project facilitates free workshops, outreach, activities and events to promote good mental health and wellbeing across the city.
- Interactive wellbeing talks, pop up information and outreach stalls that can be tailored to your needs
- Bespoke wellbeing workshops and can deliver in conjunction with other projects
- Stalls at community events
- Annual citywide events for Time to Talk Day, Mental Health Awareness Week and World Mental Health Day
