YMCA DownsLink Group has partnered with Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust (SPFT) to launch 'e-wellbeing for adults', an NHS approved digital wellbeing service.

They say:

"The pandemic has impacted everyone’s mental health. As we transition into a ‘new normal’ and adjust to a new way of working, studying and interacting with family and friends, mental health has never been more important than it is now.

After the successful launch of e-wellbeing’s youth platform last year (www.e-wellbeing.co.uk), our new adult platform provides advice, support and a clear pathway to local services in Sussex.  We are excited to develop a digital wellbeing service so that adults can access the mental health support they need."

The 'e-wellbeing for adults' website consists of a short quiz, that directs you to relevant self-help resources and support services. To see the website in action, and for more information please visit: www.e-wellbeingadults.co.uk
