National HIV Testing Week runs from the Monday 1st February 2021. This annual campaign encourages us to regularly test for HIV.
HIV has not gone away, and regular testing helps to reduce the number of people living with undiagnosed HIV and those diagnosed late.
Due to the impact of Covid-19 on our healthcare system, testing is now available in the comfort from your own home with a simple, free of charge finger prick test.
You can order your FREE home testing kit via any of these three links:
- Free HIV self-sampling test if you live in England: https://freetesting.hiv/
- Free HIV self-test from THT if you live in Brighton & Hove, order at free HIV self-test kit
- Free HIV and STI self-test kits from SHAC http://brightonsexualhealth.com/online-sti-testing/
Please share this information and spread the word with your friends and family so we can get as many people tested as possible.
