In March 2020, the majority of mental health services transitioned from face-to-face to remote support, in order to comply with the government guidelines and first UK lockdown due to the Coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic.
Community Roots conducted a survey during the summer asking mental health service users in Brighton and Hove about the support they received during lockdown and the Covid-19 pandemic.
The aim of this survey was to establish what support was accessed by Brighton and Hove mental health service users during lockdown, in order to inform future planning. The survey included responses from users of mental health services and Community Roots.
