Brighton & Hove Recovery College is provided by Southdown as part of the Community Roots network. The College offers educational courses as a route to recovery from mental health challenges. All courses are FREE and designed and delivered by people with lived experience of mental health challenges, together with clinical staff and other professionals.
For the upcoming Summer Term, the College are offering a variety of online workshops. These will be based on grounding techniques, resilience building and strategies which might be useful in supporting people to manage in these current times and beyond. They will be using online video-conference software called Zoom which is free to register for and download.

Registration for the workshops in the main term is now open. If you or someone you know would like to apply for an online workshop/session, click here to find out more about the College and download the Registration Form.
Registration Forms need to be received by Friday 5th June.
Please note: If you would like to attend the 'Mental Health Maintenance' workshop on 5th June, the College will need to receive your Registration Form by Wednesday 3rd June.
