Community Roots are conducting a survey which aims to establish what mental health services Service Users accessed during Covid-19 and how they received this support with the social distancing and lockdown restrictions in place. We also want to find out what types of support they liked and disliked, to help develop our services in the future.

If you have experience of receiving mental health support within Brighton and Hove then we would really appreciate it if you could complete our survey. There are 6 short sections and it should take approximately 10 minutes to complete.
Please
click here to complete the survey by 3rd September 2020.

Those who have fully completed the survey have the chance to win 1 of 10 Sainsbury's vouchers worth £10 each. All participants will also be offered a copy of the survey findings.

Southdown Housing Association is delivering this as part of a partnership of organisations working together across the city. If you have any questions about this survey, please contact: info@communityroots.org.uk.
